• Do you plan to leave any gifts or bequests to any charities or other organisations?
• If you own a property, would you want to protect as much of the value as possible for your beneficiaries?
• If you own a property, would you like to protect as much of the value as possible away from being spent on future Nursing

Care?

• At what age would you want any children or grandchildren to have personal control of monies or property you may leave

them?

• How do you wish to share the residue of your estate after any gifts or bequests have been made?
• Are there any potential beneficiaries who may be disabled, or whom you wish to protect from the worry of controlling the

money or inheritance you plan to leave them?

• If one of your named beneficiaries should die before you, who would you like to receive their share instead?
