Only your original signed Will, in acceptable condition, is valid when you die; and a copy is not acceptable.
It is most important that your original Will is kept safe, away from the danger of fire, theft, loss, or damage.
We have access to a bespoke insured storage facility, used by many large institutions, where your Will can be kept safe and secure.
A Storage Certificate with a unique ID number is issued to you, together with similar information for distribution to your Executors.
Other valuable documents such as Property Deeds may also be stored with your Will.
Documents may be retrieved within a few days, when required.
Note: There is no charge for the return of stored documents after the death of a client, however, the return of stored documents otherwise may incur a small charge to cover retrieval and secure delivery.
